[Remote] Cybersecurity Analyst | Service Resiliency Management (Remote)

The Home Depot is a leading home improvement retailer, and they are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst I to join their Change Management Enablement team. This entry-level role focuses on supporting the secure planning, coordination, and implementation of Cyber technology changes while ensuring business operations remain resilient and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
• Review and assess proposed changes, identifying potential security risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place prior to deployment.
• Coordinate between cybersecurity engineers and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of changes, prioritizing effective risk mitigation aligned with Home Depot’s business objectives.
• Monitor change requests and collaborate on the documentation process to meet established security and compliance requirements.
• Conduct Blameless Postmortem to the development and continuous improvement of change management processes, standards, and best practices related to cybersecurity enablement.
• Maintain awareness of emerging threats and vulnerabilities that could impact change management activities, escalating relevant concerns to senior team members.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to deepen understanding of Home Depot’s cybersecurity program and change management methodologies.
Skills
• Basic understanding of information security principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability) and risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration and reporting.
• Detail-oriented approach to process documentation, risk assessment, and compliance tracking.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in common business and security tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, basic security monitoring platforms).
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
