Job Responsibilities

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll contribute to a team that delivers stock plan management by:

  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
  • Processing the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching proportion awards
  • Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
  • Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
  • Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
  • Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
  • Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation
  • Performing other equity plan management tasks, as requested

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area preferred
  • Experience working with a variety of stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), systems, and interrelationships of data transfers
  • Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
