About the Role
As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering a pivotal new tool for customers and sales staff to elevate the sales journey. This requires the ability to adapt from program management to development, operations, and experience design, with a focus on geo-availability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Deals Enablement, to ensure the successful launch of this new program.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with content improvement teams and regional partners to develop and deliver sales enablement experiences that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Map out the customer journey and work with program directors to identify opportunities to meet business goals.
- Aggregate content from various sources and develop a style guide to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Maintain a library of association content, track performance metrics, and recommend updates to optimize content effectiveness.
- Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to validate assumptions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop innovative solutions with IT and Product Management teams to accelerate sales, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.
- Analyze customer experience data and develop effective content strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Utilize content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager, to influence front-end and back-end solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of experience working with content improvement teams and regional partners, preferably in a geo-differentiated environment.
- Deep understanding of Apple products, features, benefits, and applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex metric customer experience data into effective content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager, is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
We'd love to see:
- BS/MS degree in a related field.
- Experience with UI/UX design and digital marketing to drive sales growth.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is between $141,100.00 and $212,600.00, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
