About the Role: Senior Director, Customer Marketing & Stewardship
We're seeking an experienced Senior Director, Customer Marketing & Stewardship to lead our shopper marketing efforts for Ahold Delhaize USA (ADUSA) across five divisions: Giant Food, Giant/Martins, Stop & Shop, Hannaford, and Food Lion. This role will integrate shopper strategies from the ADUSA blueprint with Coca-Cola brand priorities to strategically plan and build digital programming that supports omni-channel execution and delivers system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth across ADUSA divisions, including digital programming and retail media planning.
 - Collaborate with key CPG partners to build unified voice and partnerships across channels.
 - Lead the narrative of how NAOU is building loved brands sustainably within retail channels and key bottler territories.
 - Create quarterly stewardship templates to be used with National Retail Sales teams and key Franchise partners to tell the holistic narrative of how NAOU is building Loved Brands.
 - Produce summary content and steward team performance and updates for retail, marketing, and franchise performance routines.
 - Project Leader for strategic projects led by the Frontline Marketing (FLM) organization, optimizing digital shelf process internally and across retail partners.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
 - 12+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, shopper marketing, and/or commerce.
 - Analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy development.
 - Experience in Brand Management, Category Management, Omnichannel Business Planning, and Retail Media Network.
 - Financial acumen, including Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and P&L management.
 - General Management mindset with influencing skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the beverage industry or with a similar CPG company.
 - Knowledge of retail media networks and digital shelf optimization.
 - Strong understanding of shopper marketing and its impact on sales and brand growth.

 - Portfolio Management: Experience in managing a portfolio of brands.
 - Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills.
 - Quantitative Research: Experience in using data and analytics to inform business decisions.
 - Story Telling: Ability to tell compelling stories that drive business results.
 - Social Media Strategies: Understanding of how to develop and execute social media strategies.
 - SWOT Analysis: Experience in conducting SWOT analyses.
 
What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $201,000, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, you'll be eligible for:
