**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Chewy, engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls, emails, chats, and other communication platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Researching and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and build loyalty
* Thinking critically and creatively to provide solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer
* Collaborating with internal teams, such as pharmacy and logistics, to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or retail setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Ability to multitask and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and creative thinking
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime as needed
* Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
