About the Role: Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative of our brand, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers across various communication platforms. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that every interaction with our customers is not just satisfactory but exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms, addressing a variety of topics and concerns.
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as necessary to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by providing personalized, thoughtful, and effective solutions while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and be available to work overtime as needed.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or customer service role within the pet care industry.
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory standards.
- Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.
