Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Entry and Learning Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team in Alphaville. This role will work closely with our outsourced call centers, providing leadership, customer service, and tools training that has a direct impact on our sellers, customers, and the business. As a strong partner to our Latham crew and global CS learning and development team, you will have the opportunity to develop effective and engaging learning reports for the best call center sellers and leaders in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Program management: Outline, document, and maintain the scope of all local L&D projects, create and track project plans, and develop a trusting partnership with outsourced call center partners.
 - Learning content development/educational design: Conduct gap analysis for performance and training opportunities, prioritize identified gaps, and develop solutions to address performance gaps.
 - Facilitation: Deliver learning material in face-to-face and virtual environments, pilot newly designed curriculum, and run train-the-trainer programs for call center trainers.
 - Dealer management and relationship building: Partner with training and operational teams of outsourced call center providers, contribute to the overall performance of the CS business, and build and power L&D governance for the providers.
 - Stakeholder management: Build and foster strong partnerships with regional CS colleagues, participate in learning opportunities, priorities, and impact, and collaborate with other business leaders to transform operational opportunities into L&D opportunities.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and tools learning solutions, including onboarding programs focused across a range of levels, call center agents, senior call center representatives, emerging leaders, and senior executive audiences.
 - Experience designing and facilitating learning services that range from 15-minute learning to multi-week classroom reports.
 - Strong facilitation experience in various instructor-led programs for diverse audiences and training skills.
 - Project management experience, ability to collaborate with a team and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and attention to detail.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcomes-oriented, data-driven environment.
 - High degree of independence and ability to work and manage own time efficiently.
 - Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a related degree, master's degree a plus.
 - Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
