About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our amazing team of strong, passionate, and dedicated professionals. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, engaging directly with our customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to provide outstanding care and wellness services, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for our customers and following up as needed to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers to address their concerns, provide solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
  • Go above and beyond to wow our customers, thinking critically to provide personalized solutions and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
  • Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of pet health and wellness, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to pet parents
