About Target Venture Services (TES)

TES is a critical component of blithequark's operations, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support across various channels. Our team includes customer service representatives, product designers, vendor managers, and financial and workforce management analysts, all working together to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Directors and their service center teams, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Lead and direct team needs, such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and assisting with planning and executing team events.
  • Aid in the onboarding and setup of new colleagues, including planning team recognition programs and participating in division projects and activities.
  • Serve as a continuous resource for the service center(s) you support, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional judgment, courtesy, creativity, and drive in all interactions.

Anticipated Hours/Timetable

  • Variable 40 hours Monday-Friday, 8:4:30pm CST with a periodic later shift 1-2x every month (scheduled ahead of time).
  • Work onsite at blithequark Printing Services in Brooklyn Park, MN 1-2 days/week.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school education or GED.
  • 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a high sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple tasks; flexible with a high level of drive and ability to adapt to fluctuating priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
