Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve the recruitment process.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area and implement changes as needed.
• Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates that apply to them.
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the recruitment process.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
• Marked attention to detail in daily work.
• Advanced English level.
• No prior experience necessary - we're looking for entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow with us!

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ previous work experience in data entry or a related field.
