**About the Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to applicants through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to help applicants complete their applications. Your expertise will be invaluable in navigating our computerized system, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting solutions to improve our workflows.
**Responsibilities:**
* Respond to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
* Provide technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications efficiently and effectively.
* Navigate our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, providing expert guidance and support.
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multitasking, as needed.
* Develop strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
* Stay up-to-date on all blithequark application programs to provide exceptional applicant support.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions to improve our processes.
**Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
* Technical savvy and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, with a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
* Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
* Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat).
* Bilingual abilities preferred; English/Chinese (Mandarin)/Spanish.
* High level of organization and attention to detail.
* Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule (flexibility may be considered).
