**Job Summary**
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing full-time assistance to our customers, conducting records submission, and performing various clerical tasks. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for managing data entry tasks, updating customer records, and supporting various business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries
* Update and maintain customer phone call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
* Manage support; profile page creation/updating
* Filing, Information access, and Document production
* Create and update customer service issue tickets
* Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
* Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
* General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
* Responsible for checking out supply products
**Essential Qualifications**
* Work Remotely
