Experienced Sales Specialist for Pro Services - Full-Time Remote Opportunity

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for our Pro customers, helping them find the products and services they need to succeed in their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the Pro business to identify customer needs and provide expert sales guidance, including locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise.
- Work closely with Lowe's Pro Supply to order products through our Fulfillment and Delivery network, ensuring seamless service to customers.
- Communicate the benefits of using Lowe's Pro Supply, including the value of our Fulfillment and Delivery network, to customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to build strong customer relationships, streamline processes, and drive sales growth.
- Promote Lowe's Pro rewards and partnership programs, including MVPs Pro rewards and Pro Credit solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to enhance customer service and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including meeting sales targets and participating in ongoing training and development.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of identifying and selling products based on customer needs.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong understanding of identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Ability to sit, bend, stand, move around the store, and lift items of up to 25lbs unassisted.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Sales-related licensure or registration, if required by law in your state.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
- Experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including special sales orders.
- Professional certification related to the department being considered.
- Bi-lingual skills, which can be a valuable asset in serving our diverse customer base.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $22.00 - $30.80 per hour, with a starting rate of pay that may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
