Position Overview

The Events & Experiences team within Autodesk's Brand & Creative organization is responsible for delivering exceptional events that drive customer and employee engagement and satisfaction. As an Intern, Events & Experiences Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the operational aspects of our internal and external events, including venue coordination, vendor management, registration, housing, transportation, and food & beverage logistics. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to create seamless event experiences, fostering an environment of collaboration and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with operational aspects of Autodesk's internal and external events, including but not limited to supporting venue coordination, vendor management, registration, housing, transportation, and food & beverage logistics.
  • Support gathering and monitoring event timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring attention to detail and quality execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to help create seamless event experiences, fostering an environment of collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Provide on-site event support, helping resolve issues and ensuring smooth event operations while maintaining compliance with safety and security guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, business, or a related field. You should have an interest in digital and in-person event operations, with a focus on planning and executing conferences. Strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
