Key Responsibilities
As a Learning Designer I, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting learning needs analysis and developing learning solutions that address knowledge, skills, and abilities gaps in airport customer service
- Applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content
- Designing, developing, and applying blended media content delivery solutions through multiple platforms
- Evaluating feedback from implemented programs and making data-driven decisions to improve learning solutions
- Maintaining program-related products by applying updated content in alignment with policies and procedures
- Participating in safety risk analysis and/or mitigation efforts to identify learning/performance objectives or influence performance behaviors
- Contributing to project/program management efforts to support continuous improvement efforts for airport customer service learning products
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Learning Designer I, you will need:
- 1-2 years of related work experience in learning solution development, preferably in the airport customer service industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet schedule requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe applications for product development
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Adult Education, or related field
- Experience in learning solution development using ISD methodology
