About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, experienced Product Manager/Product Owner to act as the critical link between our business stakeholders and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is organized, self-driven, and excited about taking full ownership of our product portfolio, which currently includes:
Cellar – In active launches with two brands and three distributors.
Blush – Additional product in our portfolio, preparing for a pilot launch.

Job Details:
This is a part-time (15-20 hours weekly) remote position open to global candidates. The salary range for this role is depending on experience & location.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Team Management
• Lead and own standups with the engineering team, driving accountability, cadence, and output.
• Review end-of-day (EOD) updates from engineers; provide feedback or clarifications as needed.
• Collaborate with offshore engineers in IST time zones to ensure smooth project workflows.
• Track and manage vendor timesheets, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment.
Requirement Gathering & Prioritization
• Collect and synthesize product feature requests and feedback from stakeholders (e.g., CEO and client-facing leads).
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of new feature requests or enhancements.
• Develop clear, actionable briefs and collaborate with engineering to discuss viable solutions.
• Create, maintain, and update the product roadmap in alignment with overall business strategy.
Product Management & Ownership
• Own the architecture and third-party platforms used in our apps.
• Work closely with engineering on integrations, usage, and billing to ensure efficiency and uptime.
• Monitor and analyze app metrics (e.g., usage, performance, reliability) to guide continuous improvement and strategic decisions.
Product Planning & Execution
• Prioritize engineering tasks in line with business objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and monitor Asana boards for assignments, progress tracking, and status updates.
• Oversee product releases for iOS and Android, coordinating release schedules and cross-team communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serve as the primary liaison between business and engineering, ensuring issues are identified and resolved quickly.
• Provide clear, prompt guidance to the engineering team throughout the development cycle.
• Keep stakeholders informed about progress, upcoming releases, and any changes in priorities or scope.
Quality Assurance & Testing
• Regularly test iOS and Android features to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Gather input and analyze usage data to inform iterative improvements.
• Coordinate with QA (if applicable) and engineering to promptly resolve bugs and enhance performance.
Reporting & Stakeholder Updates
• Deliver updates on work in progress (WIP), key accomplishments, and upcoming milestones.
• Refresh the product roadmap to reflect changing business needs or engineering constraints.
• Maintain clear reporting on project status, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications
• 3+ years in a Product Manager or Product Owner role, ideally with software or mobile app products.
• UI/UX experience is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with mobile app development, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI tools and integrations is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translating business requirements into technical tasks, and vice versa.
• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to release, while leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of anticipating issues, independently solving problems, and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable working with remote/offshore teams across EST and IST time zones.
