Festival Agent, Internal Ticketing
About the position
Responsibilities
• Processing internal ticketing requests within 24 hours of initial request.
• Documenting the receipt and distribution of all transactions according to guidelines.
• Filling all special ticket orders prior to the selection time period.
• Ensuring Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance with all credit card information received.
• Routing ticketing requests that fall outside of guidelines for Manager approval.
• Notifying the Manager of all ticketing system problems or inaccuracies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date ticketing documentation for guest donors, filmmakers, press, and special guests.
• Assisting the Ticketing Operations Department with fulfillment of pass/packages and ticket selection as requested.
• Providing written feedback for the department wrap report.
Requirements
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 1 year of administrative or customer support experience or related.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
