Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD, under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA
 - Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans
 - Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
 - Work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and other professionals to support the development of children with ASD
 - Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
 - Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
 - Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, or equivalent experience in a related field
 - Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
 - Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
 - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or willingness to obtain
 - Experience using a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plan with youth and families
 - Knowledge of ABA principles and practices
