Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, navigating multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate professionally and conversationally, utilizing available resources to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, problem-solving skills, and integrity in all interactions.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Successful completion of mandatory training.
• Previous customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a contact center or retail environment.
• Experience with computer processing/data entry software.
