As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to specialize in one particular brand, NetCredit. Post-training, your main role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, and providing quality support in areas such as processing payments and account-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers to address and service any questions they may have, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Handle all customer inquiries, requests, and thoroughly educate them on our products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Provide quality support in areas such as processing payments, creating payment plans, and other account-related tasks to ensure a positive customer experience.
