As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative for our team, handling customer inquiries with innovation and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex consumer issues and provide guidance to first-level representatives on high-level concerns.
  • Assist policyholders with billing inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Support policyholders through policy changes, providing recommendations and adjustments as necessary.
  • Utilize excellent decision-making skills and innovation to address consumer concerns while adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

We're on the lookout for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • To be at least 18 years old and a High School Graduate or GED holder.
  • The ability to type at least 25 words per minute and be comfortable with desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including the flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
  • For remote work, a reliable internet connection with a minimum download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps, along with a clean and quiet workspace.

While not mandatory, having 6 months of Call Center experience and being proficient in Windows operating systems will be considered advantageous.
