Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and positivity of our online community. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Moderating the chat on our official Discord server, ensuring that users adhere to the community guidelines and rules.
• Deleting messages that violate the rules, and taking appropriate actions against users who repeatedly breach the guidelines.
• Banning users who have multiple and repeat violations of the rules, and muting users who have violated the rules.
• Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking swift and fair action.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to community members, addressing their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborating with other moderators and team members to ensure consistency and fairness in moderation decisions.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online community management and moderation.
