  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve overall customer experience, making recommendations for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of any issues or escalations, and to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention, monitoring and tracking key performance metrics to assess effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, with experience with CRM software being a plus.
