As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. We believe in promoting from within and providing opportunities for growth and development. **Responsibilities** As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your responsibilities will include: • **Resolve Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues. • **Assist Policy Holders**: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and assist with policy changes as needed. • **Support Policy Holder Needs**: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holder needs. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
