**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
* Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
* Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience meets our high standards
* Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide expert support
* Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide accurate information to customers
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
* Professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
* Ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on empathy and understanding
* Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
* Organized, detailed, and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail
* Strong team player, with excellent collaboration and communication skills
* Bilingual is a strong plus, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Knowledge of dealership systems and technologies
* Familiarity with marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
* Certification in customer service or a related field
