Independent Contractor – Licensed and Associate Therapists

Position Summary: Impact Christian Counseling, Inc. (ICC) is seeking compassionate, clinically skilled, and faith-driven therapists to serve as independent contractors, providing professional, Christ-centered counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. We are hiring both fully Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Associate Therapists working toward licensure under appropriate clinical supervision. All candidates must be authorized to practice in the State of Georgia and maintain compliance with applicable state regulations. Contractors will deliver counseling services in accordance with the ethical, legal, and professional standards of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and the American Counseling Association (ACA). All care must reflect Christ-centered integrity, clinical competence, cultural sensitivity, and a strong respect for client autonomy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct counseling services to individuals, couples, or families from a biblical worldview using evidence-based clinical practices. • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and case notes in compliance with HIPAA and ICC policies. • Collaborate with ICC staff for case consultation, spiritual discernment, and coordination of care (if needed). • Uphold the mission and values of ICC through ethical, faith-integrated practice. • Participate in supervision (as required) if practicing as an associate or under temporary licensure. Compensation & Schedule: • This is an independent contractor position compensated at a flat rate per completed client session, determined by the therapist’s licensure level and scope of services provided. • Licensed Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW): Eligible for a higher per-session rate based on full independent licensure and clinical experience. • Associate Therapists (pre-licensed): Compensated at a reduced, but competitive, session rate while under clinical supervision. • Compensation details will be confirmed in the contractor agreement and may be periodically reviewed based on client volume, performance, and program participation. • Therapists may set their own availability, including evening or weekend hours, in coordination with ICC’s client scheduling needs. • Sessions may be held in person, via telehealth, or hybrid based on client and contractor preferences.
