The Manager, NCLEX Services will be responsible for servicing clients in a region by leading implementation for all NCLEX Services products as well as responding to on-demand client needs and requests. This role will also be responsible for managing a team of full and part time nurse educators and supporting development update needs for the NCLEX Services products. Strong product knowledge is required to provide implementation support to institutions. Responsibilities include written and verbal professional communication and support for employees and customers. This is a remote position with some travel.
Responsibilities:
• Create implementation plans for clients using multiple NCLEX Services products including product orientation, policy and calendar development, educator scheduling, and outcome evaluation.
• Collaborate with the regions in servicing clients in the territories with the NCLEX Services products.
• Manage Full Time and Part Time Educators in implementing process, policies, and procedures required to deliver online products.
• Participate in product development projects including classroom updates, assessment revisions, and marketing resources.
• Manage client inquires and provide information on implementation of solutions, educator implementation guides, client orientation resources, product support, and outcome data to provide exceptional customer support.
• Utilize website navigation to manage products including customer enrollment, documentation tracking, process integration, customer follow up, and invoicing to maintain efficiencies and communications needed to service the products.
• Oversee a team of Full Time Educators responsible for product implementation, development projects, and managing a team of PT Educators. Guides Full Time educators on overseeing a team of part time educators who are providing service to ATI’s NCLEX Services customers with documentation, processes, and policy and procedures.
Education and Experience:
• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience in the management of Nurse Educators
• Knowledge of the NCLEX test plan
• Experience as an educator with facilitating Live Review, Virtual-ATI and ATI Capstone
• Five years of teaching and clinical experience
• Current Nursing licensure in good standing
Skills and Abilities:
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills in mentoring Nurse Educators
• Ability to manage and direct multiple educators and customer accounts
• Understanding of websites: ATI, Faculty Portal, Moodle, SharePoint
• Understanding of ATI products
• Experience with Virtual-ATI and ATI Capstone Content Review
• Professional communication skills: written and verbal
• The ability to manage projects involving resources and technology
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• The ability to be self-directed in working remotely
• Ability to travel a 3-5 times per year.
• Ability to have a home based office with high speed internet access to work effectively
• Ability to commit 3-6 months to gain a working understanding of this position
