Key Responsibilities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Retail Sales Experience: Previous retail sales experience is highly desirable, as it demonstrates your ability to interact with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites is essential, as well as strong internet skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding phone skills, verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math, are critical to success in this role.
  • Reliability and Responsibility: You must be prompt, reliable, and responsible, with the ability to lift 40+ pounds and work 25 to 30 hours per week for a 6-day work week.
