Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Recruiter with GPAC, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates. You will partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s), connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements, and proficiently use recruiting tools and materials to drive success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates

 - Connecting clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
 - Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
 - Cold calling, qualifying, screening, and prepping candidates and clients for interviews
 - Assisting in the negotiation of job offers
 - Conducting reference checks on candidates

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates. You must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone, and have effective negotiation skills. A degree is preferred but not required, and you will need to successfully complete GPAC's training and all training requirements.
