Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Recruiter with GPAC, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates. You will partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s), connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements, and proficiently use recruiting tools and materials to drive success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partnering with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connecting clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold calling, qualifying, screening, and prepping candidates and clients for interviews
• Assisting in the negotiation of job offers
• Conducting reference checks on candidates

Requirements and Qualifications

A degree is preferred but not required, and you will need to successfully complete GPAC's training and all training requirements.
