We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill a full-time or part-time Remote Customer Service Representative position. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers proactively and professionally across multiple channels, including voice and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Identify the root cause of customer inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution
  • Maintain required product knowledge to deliver world-class service and support
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a well-spoken, energetic, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing service excellence. Previous experience as a Beauty ambassador/advisor or similar role is highly desirable. Some knowledge of fragrance products is valuable, and fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Beauty ambassador/advisor or similar role
  • Some knowledge of fragrance products
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Experience working with luxury brands or high-end customer service

Technical Requirements

  • Two screens (monitors or laptop and monitor)
  • Windows 10 or 11 Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks)
  • Hardwired internet connection directly to router (no WiFi)
  • High-speed internet with a minimum of 45 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • A working computer camera
  • USB headset with volume control
