As a Remote Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:- Customer Engagement: Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Handling customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up and Follow-through: Following up with customers via phone or email to ensure they're satisfied with their purchases and to gather feedback.
- Product and Service Promotion: Informing customers about additional products or services that may benefit them, promoting our offerings and driving sales.
- Problem-Solving: Determining the quickest and most effective ways to answer customer questions, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Customer Care Representative at Workwarp, you'll need:- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote customer care environment.
- Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity.

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:- Previous Experience with Homebase: Familiarity with Homebase, a free employee scheduling, time clock, and hiring tool.
