Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will be an integral part of our Operations Optimization team, responsible for analyzing key operational and staffing metrics to support business and financial performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, develop predictive models, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively deliver required Asset Customer Service (ACS) staffing needs, collaborating with cross-functional ACS divisions
 - Analyze resource utilization and identify more efficient solutions
 - Report on the execution of asset planning initiatives
 - Examine the latest trends in ACS asset planning
 - Find and concentrate data from various sources for use in analysis, models, and project development
 - Develop new data sources and fundamental analytical models and tools
 - Utilize descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytical techniques to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and tradeoffs
 - Transform data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques
 - Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from leaders
 - Support complex process improvement and project management commitments for both individual business units and cross-divisional initiatives
 - Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
 - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on analytics, operations research, or business analysis
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 - Proficiency in analytical tools and techniques, including data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining
 - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
 
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- A master's degree in a quantitative field such as Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
