Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and concerns via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Experience with health care or insurance industry, although not required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
