Job Summary
We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and concerns via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Experience with health care or insurance industry, although not required.
