Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at Blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including:

  • Helping customers make travel arrangements for cruises or other events
  • Coordinating roadside assistance for stranded motorists
  • Assisting customers with navigating complex websites or systems
  • Providing support for families with Disney reservations or other special requests

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in training and certification courses to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Providing excellent customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly attitude
  • Using your home computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats to provide awesome customer service
  • Committing to and following through on working a minimum number of hours per week
  • Being accountable in all areas of work with us

Qualifications

Standard Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following standard requirements:

  • Customer experience preferred but not required; excellent communication skills and positive attitude a must
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high-speed internet connection
  • Demonstrate professionalism with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Skilled in spelling and grammar rules
  • Willing to submit to standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessment
  • Willing to work hard and strive for high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Articulate with excellent command of the English language
  • 18 years old or older
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Reside in the US (not eligible for residents of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin)
  • Access to smartphone for system verification required
