You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with accurate and timely information. You will also be responsible for tracking and documenting customer interactions, updating customer information, and ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date. **Responsibilities** * Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat * Identify customer needs and expectations and provide solutions that meet their requirements * Use various systems and resources, including computer systems, published materials, and websites, to respond to customer inquiries * Escalate more technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department * Track and document customer interactions using established Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system * Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information * Maintain quality service by following established policies and procedures * Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all customer interactions * Perform other duties as assigned **Requirements** * Formal education or equivalent experience * Bachelor's degree is preferred * Minimum 18 months of customer service experience * Experience with a call center management phone system * Knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and business operations * Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), PC operations, web browsing, and web navigation * Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and good listening skills * Experience with LiveChat a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Spanish language skills are a plus but not required * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $17.20 per hour * Opportunity to work with a leading education company that is committed to making a positive impact on society * Flexible remote work arrangement that allows you to work from anywhere within the U.S. * Opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and products * Comprehensive training and development program that helps you grow and develop your skills * Collaborative and supportive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion **About Our Culture** At blithequark, we value the power of an inclusive culture and a strong sense of belonging.
