As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our customer service operations, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide timely support. Key Responsibilities

  • Place outbound consumer contacts, follow-up e-mails to customers, and respond to basic inquires, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Update and maintain consumer phone call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs, as well as managing all consumer profiles.
  • Provide management support by creating and updating profile pages, filing, data entry, and document production.
  • Create and update client service issue tickets, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the client assistance process and manage special administrative ventures, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data item, and Internet investigation jobs.
  • Perform general office roles, including submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the company's lobby place (virtually): Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and consumers, and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment.
  • Check and verify supply materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications
