Key Responsibilities: Ensuring Seamless Travel Experiences

  • Check in passengers and their luggage efficiently at the ticket counter and gates, ensuring a smooth start to their journey.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Provide knowledgeable and timely responses to inquiries about flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related queries.
  • Make announcements at the gate or over the PA system regarding flight activity, keeping passengers informed and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors to ensure seamless flight operations.

Qualifications: The Skills and Attributes We're Looking For

  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to interact professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Familiarity with airline industry software and systems, as well as general computer applications.

  • Valid Driver's License: Required for some airport locations, with a clean driving record.
