About the Role

This role is focused on delivering top-notch service via phone, chat, and email, helping members navigate their healthcare benefits and find the right providers for their needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional service to members through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, to educate and guide them in understanding their benefits and finding appropriate healthcare providers.

  • Maintaining a high level of organization within blithequark's platform and tools, such as Zendesk and G Suite.
  • Relaying valuable member feedback to our product and operations teams to drive improvements in blithequark's solutions.
