Job Summary

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Claims Customer Service Representatives to work remotely in Nevada. As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, capturing detailed information for newly reported Liability and Auto claims, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls from policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported Liability and Auto claims.
  • Provide written communication for all lines of business, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products, utilizing multiple computer applications.
  • Actively participate in department initiatives and goals, contributing to the success of the team.
  • Maintain customer service metrics, including call volume, quality of calls, and attendance.
  • Work overtime during catastrophes or peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer call center experience working with Liability or Auto Claims.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus!

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
