**Job Overview**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analytics Manager to join our Computerized Channels, Personalization, and Devotion innovation Item Investigation group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving and training a group of data analysts to work closely with our Digital Operations Community (DOC) on operational metrics. You'll also be responsible for deciphering data from various sources, analyzing patterns and trends, and reclassifying it into actionable insights to improve Functional Greatness (Bull).
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Computerized Channels, Personalization, and Devotion innovation groups
* Lead and train a team of data analysts to work closely with the Digital Operations Community (DOC) on operational metrics
* Analyze data from various sources, identify patterns and trends, and reclassify it into actionable insights to improve Functional Greatness (Bull)
* Identify application upgrades and establish metrics for measurement
* Develop and maintain dashboards using advanced BI tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain high-level SQL skills to extract insights from complex data sets
* Utilize data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency
* Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Software engineering, Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research)
* 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Insight Engineer, or a related analytical role
* 1+ year (3+ years preferred) of experience as a Manager and at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 organization
* Experience presenting to associates and leaders at a MD and VP level and communicating with all levels of management
* Proven Group Manager, ability to communicate a vision, motivate the team towards that vision, and provide support to achieve it
* Master-level BI dashboarding experience (e.g. PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.) to deliver actionable, rich dashboards
* Advanced SQL skills
* Strong critical thinking skills, using data to drive problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects with an emphasis on results
* Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Graduate degree in a quantitative field
* Certifications including Google Data Analytics Professional Certification, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analyst, Enterprise Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Customer-Side execution metrics tools such as Quantum Metrics
* Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana
* Experience with Enterprise Monitoring Systems
* Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
* Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, Athena
* Experience with Big Question, Quantum Metrics, Akamai
* Experience with text analysis and AI
* Data Visualization experience
* Familiarity with Python, Flash, R
* Continuous coordination and delivery using Scrum approaches
