**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Technical Customer Service Representative in the Blithequark Genius Program, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Staying up-to-date with the latest product releases and technical developments

**Essential Qualifications:**
