About the Role: Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support to join our team at blithequark. As a liaison between our organization and our clients, you'll provide critical support services, answer questions, and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Your passion for delivering exceptional client experiences will shine through in your work, as you build sustainable relationships and trust with our clients through open and interactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing personalized support and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through proactive and empathetic communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools, ensuring that clients receive the support they need.
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, providing timely and effective solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage multiple conversations and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • A customer-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage clients.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
