About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, addressing healthcare-related inquiries, such as understanding benefits, claims, billing, authorizations, and finding new providers
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting a positive and personalized experience
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-focused
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. We're looking for individuals with:
- 2+ years of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization
- Open availability, as our clients are open 24/7
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a smartphone
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, depending on the position offered)
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
