Schedule and Compensation Details

We offer an attractive hybrid work solution that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Here's what you can expect:

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday & every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday & every other Friday
  • Competitive Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your typical day will involve:

  • Processing Product Complaints: Handle customer complaints through various communication channels, including queues and other platforms.
  • Managing Customer Experience: Maintain a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Updating Databases: Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information.
  • Escalating Issues: Escalate issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.

Essential Qualifications
