Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home and deliver exceptional service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, and providing solutions to help simplify their health care experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via inbound calls
- Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Provide solutions to help simplify members' health care experience
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
- Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer heart-driven service to our members, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- At least 6 months of health care experience
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $25.65 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
