Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Supervisor at blithequark, your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients and providing tailored support to meet their unique needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting content to construct clients' websites and ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations
 - Supporting clients in pinpointing the point of interest of their public and club platforms
 - Training clients on the general website build process and communicating with them weekly on their build status
 - Displaying customers how to use the exceptional build platforms to get NEP content material
 - Assisting clients in researching what sort of content is suitable for superb PR on their website
 - Collaborating with the web crew to understand the desired outcome the client needs
 - Assisting clients on how to utilize NEP Connect custom fields for their membership
 - Conducting quarterly calls after the client's website build is complete for any needed updates
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 3-5 years of customer family members assist or similar experience
 - Proven operating experience in customer service
 - Outstanding relationship-building and verbal communication skills
 - Understanding of basic technical/computer skills
 - Fluency in English
 - Ability to work independently as a self-starter and confident individual
