Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional support through live chat. Your main goal will be to assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. You will be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and continuously improve our services.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or customer service experience is an asset.
