Key Responsibilities

• Work with large, complex, and dynamic datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions quickly.
• Design and implement ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or processes that integrate data from multiple sources into a single table.
• Develop data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of changes and special business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Product, to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across various projects and systems.
• Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting, such as screen captures, metrics prioritization, and anomaly detection.
• Document your processes and share your knowledge with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics).
• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity.
• Creativity and a customer-centric approach to develop meaningful dashboards and visualizations.
• Business operations familiarity, with the ability to understand and root-cause business issues.
• Supply chain foundation, preferably with transportation experience.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
