Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely customer service to clients who have questions about blithequark products, including websites and marketing materials.
- Handle complex escalated inquiries from customers with patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Record and maintain detailed notes about interactions with customers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Report bugs and other issues on platforms to developers to help improve our products and services.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide feedback to management on customer experience and customer likes/dislikes about blithequark's products to inform product development and improvement.
- Efficiently solve a ticket backlog with quality information and service, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with blithequark's products, services, and industry developments.
- Exercise patience, empathy, and understanding on every call and every email, providing a positive and personalized experience for each customer.
- All other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and the company.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, priorities, and technologies.
- Proactive and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
- Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English, with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific products, services, or technologies.
