Your responsibilities will include: * Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through empathetic and personalized support. * Working independently to manage a high volume of customer interactions. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes. * Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **1 year of customer service experience**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. * **6 months of high-volume customer service experience**: You'll be comfortable working with a high volume of customer interactions and able to manage your time effectively. * **Strong computer skills**: You'll be proficient in using Windows, Microsoft, or other applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues. * **Passion for helping others**: You'll be empathetic, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional support to our patients. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * **6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs**: You'll have a proven track record of resolving complex issues and providing personalized support. * **Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions**: You'll have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to provide expert support to our patients. **Education** We require a verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
